Revenge of the Turtles is a volunteer-led fundraising project for the benefit of the Kawartha Turtle Trauma Centre, showcasing an eclectic variety of music from The Kawarthas.
The Kawartha Turtle Trauma Centre is a non-profit, registered charity that operates a hospital for injured wild turtles. Once healed these turtles are released back into their natural habitat. KTTC also provides an outreach program to promote healthy turtle populations and stewardship. The Centre opened in 2002 and is located in Peterborough, Ontario.

The Revenge of the Turtles was produced by Geoff Macdonald, one of over 400 "Friends of the KTTC". The Friends of the KTTC is a group of volunteers, members and other KTTC supporters.
